At BiMAL, we worked with Daley Thompson over a nine month period to plan and implement a strengthening and conditioning programme as a follow-up to Daley's knee operation. As well as providing physical therapy to the injury and carefully designed knee exercise routines, we devised ways to maintain Daley's cario-vascular condition at a high level. The result was a faster return to competition with minimal loss of overall fitness during the recovery period.
